MANILA, Philippines – Rachelle Ann Go is going back to Miss Saigon as the Filipino singer-actress will reprise her role of Gigi on Broadway, starting on March 1 in 2017 at The Broadway Theatre.
According to a report from the broadwayworld.com, Rachelle Ann Go, along with Devin Ilaw (Thuy), will be joining Jon Jon Briones, who portrays The Engineer, and Filipino-American stage star Eva Noblezada,who will reprise her West End role as Kim, along with the American cast of the hit musical. The opening night for Broadway production of the Cameron McKintosh musical’s Miss Saigon is set on March 23 through January 14, 2018, before a North American tour.
Rachelle Ann Go gained acclaim in her West End debut in Boublil and Schönberg’s legendary musical “Miss Saigon,” winning a number of awards.

In 2015, Go left the Cameron McKintosh musical production to join another West End production as Fantine in “Les Miserables,” where Rachelle Ann was also recognized.
Earlier this year, she joined the cast of the Manila run of the Les Miserables, before returning to London to reprise the Fantine role there.
Rachelle Ann Go was initially scheduled to return to the Philippines in November for a concert alongside KZ Tandingan, Yeng Constantino, Kyla, and Angeline Quinto. However, the Cornerstone Entertainment Inc. talent management, which handles Rachelle’s career in the Philippines said Go will no longer take part in the upcoming concert because of an forthcoming International project.
Rachelle Ann Go is currently in London as she’s playing Fantine in the West End production of the Les Miserables.
